Emma Dunk

My name is Emma Dunk, I'm a full time carer for my husband as he had a transplant 5 yrears ago, we have now been told his kidney is failing due to his diabeties attacking the kidney. So we starting pre dialysis Thursday 3rd September 09 my husband did do dialysis 2 yrs before he had the transplant but he was an emerency case and went straight on to dialysis,so pre dialysis is going to be new to us both.I will let you know how we get on after our first pre dialysis appointment. I would advice people and carers got to stay strong and stay postive its going to hard and emotional process.
